How to Place an Order

Measurement Process
To achieve the perfect fit, you may choose one of the following two options:
Online Submission: Provide your measurements digitally through our website form or via WhatsApp. We recommend following our “Measurement Guide” to ensure accuracy.
Studio Fitting: Visit our studio for a professional measurement session.
Note: For all studio visits, a prior appointment is mandatory to ensure our consultants are available to assist you.
Website Ordering Process
If you prefer to order through our website, please follow these steps:
Select Your Design: Browse our collection and select the desired garment.
Choose “Custom Fit”: Select the custom fitting option on the product page.
Submit Measurements: You will be prompted to enter your measurements or upload a measurement profile.
Secure Checkout: Complete the checkout form with your delivery details.
Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the production of custom orders. The remaining balance can be settled upon delivery or as per the specific invoice terms.
Production & Delivery
Lead Time: Our standard production and delivery window is 5–7 working days from the date of measurement confirmation and advance payment.
Quality Assurance: Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our craftsmanship standards before being dispatched.
